This 208,000 SF distribution center located in Cameron County, Texas was part of the original portfolio acquired by AIG and was leased to Penske Logistics.   Gabriel served as the acquisition analyst and later served as the asset manager (Please see the Manufacturing Acquisitions page for more info.).  Penske sets aside 75,000 square feet of the center’s capacity to servicing Panasonic Automotive Electronics, providing transportation and distribution center management to Panasonic’s manufacturing operations in Mexico. The distribution center receives and inventories finished goods and Penske Logistics uses EXE technology to interface with Panasonic’s SAP system. In the aerial photo, Phase 1 is in the foreground. In Phase 2, the center expanded by building a 100,000 SF cross dock facility.
