debt financing for a class-A office building
Gabriel was part of the DTZ Rockwood team that placed a first mortgage for Barclays on Torre Mayor, the tallest building in Latin America. The loan was made in $USD, serviced by $USD-denominated rents, and subsequently included in a mortgage pool and securitized. Gabriel performed a valuation and contributed to the production of a made-to-order market study to support the underwriting.
Torre Mayor was developed by Reichman International. Major tenants in this 55 story multi-tenant office building include Deloitte, Banorte-Ixe, and Marsh. Construction was completed in 2003. The tower contains 800,000 SF of GLA.
